SD Woodman Management Ltd. currently manages rental buildings throughout British Columbia. Ranging from two-storey walk-ups to high-rise towers.

Rental Building Management Services:

  • Hire qualified onsite caretakers
  • Depending on your area, we suggest our buildings go through the Crime FreeƂ Multi-Housing Program seminars and work towards being certified
  • Collect rents
  • Monthly rent roll and vacancy reports
  • Suggestions on “what to do” to decrease vacancies
  • On-Site Inspections by an appointed Property Manager
  • Representation at arbitration hearings, should the need arise
  • Arrange for payment of all operating expenses after obtaining owner’s approval for amounts over pre-determined limits
